We will share information here as to when we’re ready for new enquiries as soon as we can.
Future Brains
We want to ensure that children and young people have a say in how we run The Story Sanctuary.
Future Brains is our childrens’ steering team, a group of young people aged 9-15 who come and join us for a couple of hours a month for a chilled session of thinking and talking together.
There are currently no spaces on the steering team, but opportunities will be shared here and on our socials as soon as they arise.
We’re specifically keen to include those who are neurodivergent (autistic/ADHD) and/or anxious/shy and would not often feel they could speak up or get their voice heard.
The adult team supporting this are trained creative facilitators or have a therapeutic background and experience working with children and young people.
We’re enhanced DBS checked and mental health first aiders.
