A Common Thread – Sewing, Mending, Upcycling – Afternoon Session

February 16 @ 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Come down to The Story Sanctuary for a day of fabric and textiles for all ages!

Afternoon session: 2pm – 4pm

  • Bring something to mend or help someone fix something
  • Find something to make or help us with a group project
  • Offer your skills, come for the chat, find your community
  • Add yourself to our volunteer skills bank

    • This event is generously supported by Croydon Council so we are able to offer low-cost tickets.

    All ages welcome, but under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

    Practical Details:

    If it’s cold, please wrap up / wear layers as the heating still isn’t working properly 🙂

    Our building is not (yet) fully accessible, there are steps down to the toilets which are not suitable for wheelchair users or those who need assistance.
