Upside Down Fairy Tales – Comics & Zines for Teens aged 13-17
Fairy tales aren’t fixed — they’re remixable. In this creative workshop, join us for an afternoon of flipping classic stories into modern, weird or unexpected versions making comic strips and zines.
From Snow White and the Seven Pokémon to happily-never-after endings, this is a space to experiment, subvert and tell stories your way.
Teens are welcome to attend without a parent/carer but edgy cool adults are welcome to stay.
Our workshop leads are Enhanced DBS-checked.
Practical Details
Please wear clothes that you don’t mind getting glue on, and please wrap up / wear layers as the heating still isn’t working properly 🙂
Our building is not (yet) fully accessible, there are steps down to the toilets which are not suitable for wheelchair users or those who need assistance.
