DESCRIPTION:Meet Ana — Your Wednesday Evening Guide \n\n\n\nAna Miranda is a yoga teacher and Āyurveda consultant with over 20 years of personal practice and a genuine passion for making yoga accessible to everyone. \n\n\n\nHer classes are gentle\, welcoming\, and beginner-friendly — built around breath\, movement\, and a little stillness. There are no perfect poses here\, no pressure\, and no experience needed. Just a warm space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. \n\n\n\nAnd if you do want to explore your edge a little? There is always room for that too. \n\n\n\nCome as you are. All are welcome. \n\n\n\nPractical Details: \n\n\n\nOur building is not (yet) fully accessible\, there are steps down to the toilets which are not suitable for wheelchair users or those who need assistance. \n\n\n\nTicket Costs: \n\n\n\nThe Story Sanctuary is a grassroots community initiative\, led by volunteers. To help balance accessibility with sustainability\, we use a tiered pricing model: \n\n\n\nSUPPORTER – £15 \n\n\n\nCovers the true cost of your place at an event/workshop and helps support our future.Intended for those on a decent salary or pension who can comfortably meet their basic needs. \n\n\n\nSTANDARD – £12 \n\n\n\nCovers the bulk of the cost of your place at the event or workshop.Intended for those who are waged or have a reasonable pension and can meet their basic needs. \n\n\n\nACCESSIBLE – £8 \n\n\n\nHelps make participation possible when money is tight.Intended for those on benefits or pension credits\, or who are experiencing financial difficulty. \n\n\n\n\nClick here to book…
