DESCRIPTION:Fairy tales aren’t fixed — they’re remixable. In this creative workshop\, join us for an afternoon of flipping classic stories into modern\, weird or unexpected versions making comic strips and zines. \nFrom Snow White and the Seven Pokémon to happily-never-after endings\, this is a space to experiment\, subvert and tell stories your way. \nTeens are welcome to attend without a parent/carer but edgy cool adults are welcome to stay. \nOur workshop leads are Enhanced DBS-checked. \nPractical Details \nPlease wear clothes that you don’t mind getting glue on\, and please wrap up / wear layers as the heating still isn’t working properly 🙂 \nOur building is not (yet) fully accessible\, there are steps down to the toilets which are not suitable for wheelchair users or those who need assistance. \nClick here to book on Humanitix

SUMMARY:Free First Aid Training with St Johns Ambulance
DESCRIPTION:Please arrive 12.45pm for a prompt start! Session 1.5-2hrs long. \nThe fabulous Geoff from St Johns Ambulance will be leading a fun and interactive session giving the basics of first aid including resuscitation and using the defib machine! \nWe’re offering this session primarily for people who would like to volunteer with us but all members of the community are welcome.
